Laser Aiming Systems Corporation warrants for 12 months after purchase that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Laser Aiming Systems Corporation will repair or replace, at its option, any product or part (with the exception of the battery) which is found to be defective under normal use and service, without charge. Laser Aiming Systems Corporation's obligation to repair or replace, at Laser Aiming System's option, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Be sure to include with the item a copy of your order number, billing name, and address (or simply include a copy of the original invoice.) All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all parts and accessories to insure full credit. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number; including insurance on the package is at the shipper's discretion. Viridian is not liable for lost or damaged packages

Warranty does not cover battery leakage. Contact battery manufacturer in this event. This warranty extends only to the original owner. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty Covers:

Otis Products, Inc. ("Otis Technology") warrants the Otis Technology product or products you purchase (collectively and individually, the "Otis Product") against defects in material and workmanship. If an Otis Product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, Otis Technology will, at its option, (i) replace the defective Otis Product with a similar Otis Product, or (ii) refund the purchase price of the defective Otis Product. This Limited Warranty will apply to any replacement of Otis Product. In the event of an Otis Product defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Warranty Protects:

This Limited Warranty lasts as long as the initial end-user consumer owns the Otis Product.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations:

This Limited Warranty only covers Otis Product. It does not cover any non-Otis Product even if packaged and/or sold with the Otis Product. This Limited Warranty applies only to the normal use of the Otis Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions. This Limited Warranty does not apply to defect caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Otis Product. This Limited Warranty does not cover consumables (such as solvents, brushes or patches).

No Other Warranties:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. OTIS TECHNOLOGY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Otis Technology reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Limitation of Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTIS TECHNOLOGY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AS PROVIDED ABOVE; AND, IN NO EVENT SHALL OTIS TECHNOLOGY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Effect of Local Law:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from locality to locality. Some localities do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Streamlight Warranty

Streamlight warrants our products to be free of defects, including LED, for a lifetime of use. We will repair, replace at our option, any Streamlight product that does not work as a result of a manufacturing defect for as long as you own it. This limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, non-rechargeable batteries, bulbs, chargers, switches, electronics and normal wear and tear. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.

In any country or under any jurisdiction where specific restrictions exist on limited lifetime warranties, Streamlight offers a 10-year limited warranty. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.

Your particular Streamlight product may have a different warranty that was in place at the time of purchase. Please provide proof-of-purchase when processing a warranty claim.

Pelican Products, Inc. guarantees its lights for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline). Pelican will either repair or replace any defective product, at our sole option. THE REMEDIES HEREBY PROVIDED SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Pelican Products, Inc. at 23215 Early Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505 or sales@pelican.com. Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable. The purchaser must obtain a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service prior to returning any product. In the event that Pelican determines that any returned product is not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Pelican all costs of handling, transportation and repairs at Pelican’s prevailing rates.

All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the flashlight has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Lifetime Guarantee does not cover Roto Molded or AALG products. MAGPUL Industries RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS


If the item you received is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.


To allow sufficient time to field test our gear in the environment of your choosing, if you find a newly purchased Magpul product unsatisfactory for any reason please send it back within 60-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.


WHAT IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?


Magpul is consistently recognized for its customer loyalty and we work hard to make sure that each purchase results in a customer for life! HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?


To make a return, please take the following steps:

Before returning defective products please contact us first at 1-877-4MAGPUL or techsupport@magpul.com.

Ship the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.

Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well.

Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
